Our Global Talent Acquisition team recruits upwards of 5k people a year across the globe and to achieve this feat, we have the backing of an agile and creative Programs and Operations team.

What We Need

This position is for a 6 month Temporary Employee.

We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Project Manager to complete TA assigned projects and provide consultation on behalf of the Talent Acquisition Programs, Ops & Mobility team (TA POM). Projects will typically be global in nature, involve change management including communications and training, and working with multiple stakeholders. This PM will be able to drive projects to results, be strategic and inventive, and be excellent at tactical implementation. You will invite partners to be a part of solutions, working together to ensure the results are valued and adopted. You will report to the Director of TA POM.

What You Will Do
• Lead Talent Acquisition operational projects with a requested outcome; may include coming into existing projects as needed
• Identify and engage stakeholders to ensure success. Could include TA leaders and teams, Legal, Operations, Total Rewards, Mobility, and HRIT
• Identify measurable success metrics and business trends for your assigned areas, and communicate them regularly to the right audience
• Work within TA Operations and with TA leadership to ensure adoption of new systems and process changes

What We Think Would Be A Great Fit
• Experience leading and implementing a projects with a global scope, multiple stakeholders, and an operational and compliance component
• 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition(TA) or combination of TA and Operations
• Experience in TA Operations or Human Resources Operations/People Experience Operations
• You will communication in a clear, positive way

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $113,300 - $171,700 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $111,500 - $171,700 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $126,700 - $171,700 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $111,500 - $144,000 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $111,500 - $157,300 USD Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time.
