Description

As our incoming Senior Director of Global Compensation, you will report directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards. Your strength and experience has been in building and executing broad-based compensation strategies and programs. Responsibilities
• You will lead the strategic review, design, implementation, and communication of EA's broad based compensation philosophy and programs.
• You will provide specific recommendations and plans to enhance our ability to attract, motivate, and retain talent at all levels, across the world and drive its strategic and operational goals.
• You will lead compensation within a larger total rewards framework, with a focus on diversity and inclusion, and manage the evolution of EA's approach to pay equity.
• You will partner with Executive Compensation, Benefits, Workplaces, COE partners including the Global Talent Team, and PE Business Partner and Practices Partner teams in thinking through and executing strategy, design and implementation.
• You will engage with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure that Electronic Arts has a progressive, comprehensive and cost-effective approach to compensation offerings.
• Demonstrate an understanding of and appreciation for workflows/ how the work gets done- including operational complexity, with an eye toward removing roadblocks, improving efficiencies, and promoting a seamless employee and team member experience.
• Direct the development of communication plans, materials and presentations related to our employee compensation plans and processes to ensure effectiveness, understanding and appreciation, while also communicating the correlation of the plans and our business strategies.
• You will lead and foster the development of Compensation team members
• You will navigate complexity using quantitative analysis, including dynamic scenario modeling.
• You will keep up-to-date and report on legislation, regulations and media articles about compensation.

Qualifications and Accomplishments
• 10+ years of progressive roles in the field of global compensation
• You have 5+ years of team management experience
• You will have played an instrumental role in partnering with the most senior leadership of a public company around compensation programs
• You have well-honed stakeholder management skills and have worked with groups including Finance and Legal on global technical aspects of compensation
• You are comfortable and experienced with complexity and analytics
• People come to you as the subject matter expert in compensation practices and trends, SOX and regulatory compliance, and your knowledge of legislation affecting pay programs
• You have achieved Expert status in formatting and presenting compensation data, conclusions and proposals, including to executives- adjusting presentation style and altitude by audience segment
