You will report to the Senior Director of Inclusive Experiences and Strategy. In collaboration with People Experience, and other departments, you will guide global businesses and site approach for hiring and retaining diverse talent while promoting a culture of belonging in North and South America. EA is committed to creating an inclusive, belonging culture for employees and creating a diverse workforce today and in the future that can best serve our global community of players.

You will
• Use analytics and storytelling to motivate senior executives to act; assess DEI KPI and organizational effectiveness.
• Be a trusted advisor to People Experience, Executives, Senior Leaders, and our business to cultivate the mindset and capabilities to foster an inclusive culture through DEI strategies and programs that support our DEI aspirational results.
• Consult and support in shaping a DEI action plan that advances the business towards continued growth, innovation, and improvement, all while promoting a culture of empowerment, accountability, and performance.
• Be the subject matter expert and liaison to site teams as an important partner, ensuring alignment of programs with DEI strategy
• Work with our Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams to embed DEI strategies into every program and process
• Partner with Corporate Communications to engage employees in our DEI work internally and with external partners and players
• Spend immersive time at site locations, once this is possible, to partner with local leadership and bring the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity strategy to life

You need
• 3+ years of experience building a global inclusion and diversity strategy
• The ability to analyse data to inform decisions and use metrics to evaluate the success
• To communicate compelling messages that influence action at all levels, with an understanding of cultural and regional nuances
• The will to experiment and implement new practices to evolve our programmes while embodying EA's purpose and beliefs
• To travel for local engagement at site locations, once it is safe to do so
