Global Physical Security
Our diverse global team of experienced experts in the Global Physical Security & Resilience (GPSR) program at EA works with our partners to provide for the safety and security of employees, assets, events, and guests through vigilance, prevention, and response.

You will lead EA's regional security function to provide security oversight for facilities globally, executive protection, and support event security. We are looking for a unique combination of security/safety expertise coupled with a deep program management experience. The Sr. Manager will lead the team of Regional Security Managers (RSMs), who represent EA's Physical Security program within their respective regions, and grow the program globally. You will report to the Director – Global Protective Services. Open to hybrid.

Your responsibilities
• Lead the team of RSMs, mentor team members, broaden outreach methodologies, and increase internal partnerships
• Build and deploy security policies, procedures, and reporting templates for the protective services program aligned with our needs and GPSR strategic goals
• Accountability for metrics and budgets for global programs
• Support the regional implementation of EA's GPSR capabilities including guard force service oversight, investigations, events security, emergency preparedness, and deployment of workplace violence prevention programs
• Ensure that support staffing meets site specific needs, and promote efficiency of operations while ensuring appropriate redundancy
• Ensure that the internal case management system is implemented to ensure accurate investigative reporting and resource management
• Develop strategies to deploy security and safety awareness training programs
• Lead and mature the Executive Protection (EP) Program
• Provide back-up support for the leadership of the Event Security program
• Be a representative of GPSR to EA partners on global topics

Your leadership will exemplify the following
• Set expectations for team members, provide mentorship and ensure accountability
• Identify weaknesses and risk and define mitigation measures
• Build relationships with business leaders and internal and external partners
• Collaborate with other service functions (IT, HR, Finance, and Legal)
• Willingness to challenge status quo, innovate and introduce new ideas

You will have the following expertise
• Executive Protection program management, to include risk assessment, mitigation measures, and an understanding of compliance with IRS Code 132-5 requirements
• Strategic planning / program management in a global security domain
• Core investigative and criminal reporting principles
• Experience conducting site security assessments for company facilities, large-scale events, and ad-hoc sites to support EP, facility, and event security programs
• Manage contract services
• Experience with financial principles and budget management
• Knowledge of the development of security system design requirements

Required Experience
• 7-10 years related experience in security, law enforcement, or military in a similar role as a leader or individual contributor within a multinational corporate security team or in a similar government role
• At least 5 years of experience leading people to include performance management, hiring, training, and developing performance plans

Education
• Bachelor of Science Degree or combination of requisite experience and education
• ASIS affiliation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):

º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):

º $126,000 - $176,300 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
