ROLE OVERVIEW:
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team provides strategic partnership to leaders across EA. We achieve this through engaging with our partners to understand our broad strategy, analyzing data, and delivering insights to help guide EA's performance.

This Senior Financial Analyst role is a unique opportunity to be a collaborative partner & trusted advisor to the leadership teams responsible for our Criterion Games studio, including the Need for Speed (NFS) racing franchise; a studio and franchise steeped in over 25 years of history. The position reports to our Finance Head of Racing.

What You'll Do:

Business Partnering
• Build relationships and partner closely with Criterion & NFS leadership team and collaborate to deliver against studio objectives & long-term strategy
• Provide financial leadership and support strategic decision making by ensuring the financial implications of all business decisions are understood and considered
• Partner and collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A teams across our Commercial, Marketing & Enterprise functions

Financial Ownership
• Proactively manage Total P&L financial health of studio & business.
• Overall responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, reporting and analysis.
• Manage risks & opportunities to deliver financial goals.
• Partner with the Accounting organization to manage close activities.

Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of related financial experience
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting & analysis
• Experience in Power BI or similar BI dashboard visualization tool preferred
• Knowledge in Anaplan and Oracle preferred
