Role Overview:

The Senior Finance Analyst will provide global commercial FP&A support for AROWS games (Action Adventure, RPG, Open World) and EA Partners on digital and retail, covering revenue through margin, as well as OPEX (EA Partners only). To deliver these responsibilities, the SFA will partner with many cross functional groups including EA Games business partners, Studio Finance, Accounting, and Corporate FP&A.

The EA Games Senior Finance Analyst role is to be based in Europe, working with teams around the world, and supporting Global Commercial Management. The position reports to the EA Games Commercial Finance Manager based in Guildford, UK.

What You'll Do
• Build relationships with partners and collaborate to achieve financial and business objectives
• Provide financial modelling of new business initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders for full P&L appraisal
• Coordinate and validate revenue financial forecasts, providing insightful analysis to highlight and explain variance drivers, monitoring on weekly basis with milestone quarterly touchpoints
• Challenge status quo to drive FP&A excellence
• Identify and lead initiatives to continuously improve, standardize, and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes

Preferred Experience and Technical Skills
• Bachelor's degree required; CPA a plus
• Minimum 2 years of related financial experience, revenue knowledge a plus
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting and general GAAP knowledge
• Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint expertise required, knowledge in Anaplan, Power BI and Tableau
