You'll be able to build server-side systems that deliver new functionality within the larger Digital Platform, as well as work on regular improvements to the systems to keep them at top-notch performance.

Responsibilities:
• You will lead a team of 5+ software engineers in developing software architecture and solutions for high-volume, high-transaction platforms.
• You will set up OKRs to meet your team's business and professional development goals and provide coaching and growth opportunities.
• You will work with studio development and business leaders to understand customer needs and deliver high priority features and requirements.
• You will ensure customer satisfaction through proactive and frequent touchpoints.
• You will co-develop technical direction with cross functional teams.
• You will socialize development status; roadmaps; risks, misses, and achievements with the broader team and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience organizing and leading a technical project through the challenges and headwinds of a cloud-based product launch.
• Experience building functional applications using data-oriented programming methodologies.
