The Senior Automation Developer will report into the QA Project Leader

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement automation strategy and processes
• Iterate and evolve automation strategy through exploration and experimentation
• Define Goals and OKRs for Automation Strategy and target to achieve
• Develop automated tests as part of CI/CD process
• Monitor and improve Automated Test Suites
• Collaborate with Development Partners, Quality Engineers, QA, and technology partners.
• Coach Automation Developers
• Help guide early testing and shift left mindset

Qualifications
• 5+ years Test Automation experience
• Understanding of QA/QC processes
• Experience with Gaming Engines and Toolsets (Ex: Unreal)
• Experience building test automation strategies, technology and practices
• Solid foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns, test-driven development, CI/CD processes, and data structures.
• Experience working in Agile environments
