Responsibilities:
• Create believable and appealing character performances through gameplay and sequence animations
• Edit/author motion capture data
• Exporting and implementation of character animation into engine
• Cross discipline collaboration with art & engineering teams to deliver work to animation & art direction quality expectations

Qualifications:
• Experience in the Games Industry on AAA titles as 3D Animator
• Proficiency in animation software such as Maya, Motion builder, and editing software such as Premiere and After Effects
• Experience with principles of animation (human characters and creatures)
• Experience with character and animation pipelines/processes
• Skilled in both motion capture and hand keyed animation approaches
• Experience editing, exporting and implementing cut scene animations and character animations into engine
• Experience with keyframe or performance captured facial animation
• Demonstrate an understanding of principles of cinematography, previs, scene layout
• Create and maintain style guides, tracking and other documentation
• Experience of motion capture recording sessions
