The Role
You are a Program Manager with 5+ years experience in project management within a global enterprise with qualities including:
Strategic solutioning - Design and guide cross-organization projects including: problem structuring, analysis, recommendation, implementation, and gaining agreement from both leadership and the ground teams
• Translate the program vision, goals, scope and value proposition into solutions and deliverables
• Establish program plan, resources and timeline
• See the possibility for change, identifies the opportunities
Partner/support services skills and project management skills - Managing timelines and resources setting expectations, sharing knowledge, service oriented.
• Determine program management methodology
• Managers a portfolio of projects
• Ensure that the governance body provides achievable goals
Use your experience of the marketing, development, financial, and accounting areas of an organization - Understand how actions and decision impact essential company measures and the goals of EA and Marketing Communication
• Display a keen sense of priority, relevance and significance
• Understand how actions impact main company measures and the goals of EA, department and team
• Recognize the need for change before it becomes an issue
Create a compelling vision; inspire and excite teams, to achieve its potential by delivering on the vision
• Help others understand how they will benefit
• Foster collaborative working relationships, recognize the need for change ahead of time
• Lead change management and agreement to establish process
Risk assessment skills (macro and micro level) and takes appropriate resolution steps including changes in work methods, technologies, strategies, and project schedules
• Create relevant options for addressing problems and opportunities and achieving desired outcomes
• Translate complex situations into simple, meaningful explanations that others understand
• Update partners on the progress, status and success metrics of the program and key deliverables
Management skills - sets clear expectations; listen and encourages direction for talent/staff; develop talent/staff and fosters an environment of positivity and openness.
• Integrate the capabilities of resources across all levels to accomplish complex, multi-level goals.
Partnership with engineering - a technology and development experience shepherding technology solutions working with engineering and technology partners.
• Experience in software development
• Process implementation in less-structured environments
• Experience working with external agencies, internal partners, and on/offshore teams
