Program Manager, ERG Programs & Strategy Cascade

As the Program Manager, ERG Programs & Strategy Cascade you will report to the Senior DEI Manager, alongside our DEI Team to support the DEI Strategy - Talent, Culture, and Brand with a focus on supporting and enabling EA's Employee Resource Groups. You will work directly with ERG leaders and Executive Sponsors accelerating EA's vision for nurturing inclusive leaders who foster a belonging culture – a place where everyone can thrive, fulfill their potential and make the best games.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Consult across all ERG Global Boards focused on centralizing ERG Programming and Initiatives, facilitating vendor partner relationships, ERG budget allocation and alignment to DEI Strategy.
• Partner with executive sponsors/advisors and ERG leaders to deliver ERG strategic plans and regular report outs aligned with our DEI Strategies
• Advise ERG leaders and provide coaching
• Ensure cross-ERG collaboration, both internally and externally, to drive efficiency and scale
• Look at all projects through a lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for our global employee population.
• Partner across stakeholders to plan and execute an annual ERG Summit and manage and promote a ERG events Calendar
• Assist us with annual completion of national and global surveys

MUST-HAVES
• 3+ years in program management at a large matrixed organization, understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices
• Experience building, scaling, and leading programs; quickly assess gaps, opportunities, and developing actionable and measurable plans to implement
• Expertise with translating feedback into program improvements
• Strong experience using Google suite skills with an emphasis in Google sheets
• Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, relationship-building, and collaborative skills to work with internal and

NICE-TO-HAVE
• Background in a tech organization
• Major in Human Resource Management, Business, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Organization or related field
• Experience supporting a DEI function or ERG
• Event planning and event management experience
