Job Description
The Analytics Solution team is a team of data engineers, data architects, machine learning engineers, and other data professionals. We are centrally positioned, partnering with game teams and data analysts, to provide data in the most appropriate way to help teams make informed decisions.

We're looking for a Production Coordinator, reporting to the Sr. Director of Analytics solutions.

This is an entry-level to an intermediate-level position considered to be both dynamic and challenging. You will be acknowledged as the glue for this team. We're looking for someone who has a passion for delivering customer service. Enthusiasm, combined with relevant administrative experience, are important in this role. You will be encouraged to become an essential contributor and social advocate; be a role model for healthy team spirit. You will serve you well as the recognized 'social ambassador' for this fun-loving group.

Responsibilities:
• Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the team members
• Provide company procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment used
• Organize the onboarding of new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers; provide orientation and initial introductions.
• Assist team members with general HR and payroll related inquiries
• Submit system access requests; process reimbursements using the expense and Amex reconciliation tools
• Contract administration using the Salesforce tool
• Purchasing – hardware/software, office supplies, team snacks, misc. Coordinate shipping/couriers
• Provide logistics for meetings, conferences, team building events, catering, and special events
• Space planning internal moves once we return to the office
• Manage meeting rooms, travel, and individual calendars
• Owner of department plans
• Directly responsible for following all company procedures
• Attend information/training sessions related to new studio processes; communicate or provide additional training to team members
• Assist team members to submit or escalate Helpdesk tickets
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the manager

Qualifications:
• 3+ years administrative experience
• MS Office, Word, PowerPoint proficiency
• High tolerance for dealing with adversity
• Manage processes to increase efficiency on behalf of the team
• Creative, enthusiastic team player
• Experienced in event planning and team building activities
• Can support a distributed team – locally and globally in multiple time zones
