The People Services Support & Operations (PSSO) - Global Process Snr Manager is a brand new role. This is a high impact, visible role within the People Services function that will be a catalyst to the future of Operational support within PE for EA . Reporting to the Head of PSSO, you will work with COEs, Business and Practices Partners to assess and configure the intake of programs and processes into our central team, with both scale and centralization in mind. We aim to partner with PE teams to identify which work could come into PSSO and collaborate with them for intake with efficiency in mind. You will lead a team of SME's who are experienced in operational processes, and look to grow, develop and elevate this team. Our key FY25 focus is to bring ambition and urgency to assess operational support opportunities and partner to create a multi-year roadmap. .
What the Global Process Snr Manager, does at EA:
• Lead a stellar team of SME's and look to review the work you do, to ensure that we continue to scale between our Shared Services and other teams in PSSO.
• Hire and develop team members and future leaders to work towards their full potential.
• Develop and manage comprehensive operational rigor to PE programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Collaborate with COE's, Business & Practice Partners to understand their needs and customize our support services accordingly.
• Monitor and ensure programs' compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Use metrics to measure the success of programs, data to drive decisions on most needed support and make necessary adjustments.
• Partner with the Head of PSSO on establishing a roadmap for intake of work from Practices Organization, that has a global approach and collaborative mindset.
• Oversee and lead components of complex programs related to: company level restructurings, M&A integration, operational response events, and related execution across systems, operations, and operational components of pay, stock, benefits, hire, exit, mobility, and business events.
• Participate in workforce projects as a Project Manager.
• Be part of a highly effective leadership team.
The Global Process Snr Manager needs to have:
• Minimum experience of 6+ years of progressive success within Human Resources as an HR Advisor, HR Operations Manager, or HR COE Program Manager or equivalent.
• HR data, systems and process expertise, including Operations and reasonably other practices like Total Rewards, L&D, Recruiting or HR advisory roles, within a company serving 5K+ employees, fielding and resolving queries from multiple teams.
• Experience as a BP/PP is desirable, not required.
• Proven ability in executing work that requires inform/ input points across multiple stakeholders/ teams.
• A forward thinking, customer driven mindset.
• Program & Project Management expertise and execution experience, disambiguating complex problems and structuring work into a project plan with concrete steps and deliverables.
• People Management experience, and experience growing and retaining a stellar team.
• A passion for ''customer-first'' thinking and design.
• Comfortable and active experience in using data to drive decisions.
• Someone who enjoys complex problem solving, thinking out of the box and the ability to work through interwoven dependencies and structures. .
• Change management and accomplished written and verbal communications experience.
• Excellent and trusted collaborator with peers, upwards, and with center of expertise partners
• Fluent with G-suite, virtual technologies (i.e. zoom) for facilitation. Ideally worked with Workday before.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $122,400 - $176,300 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $115,700 - $176,300 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $142,000 - $176,300 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $131,000 - $174,800 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $115,700 - $163,100 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $107,600 - $147,100 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
