As Manager, People and Policy Excellence (PPE), you will support the successful implementation of company-wide strategies and programs designed to promote positive people experiences across the globe.
The People and Policy team strives to ensure leaders have the appropriate level of guidance to promote performance and engagement. This includes the creation and application of sound and transparent policies that help to create a healthy environment where employees understand what is expected and they are supported to excel in their areas of focus.
Responsibilities:
• You will be advocate of EA's employee facing global policies to ensure they exceed the needs of our teams.
• Work with business leaders to develop and implement creative solutions and policies to effectively meet both business and worker needs.
• You will advise and provide guidance to leaders and partners regarding positive employee engagement mechanisms.
• You will work with data analytics partners to identify opportunity areas and make strategic recommendations based on data.
• You will work with HR partners, COE's and business leaders to help promote program, practice, and organizational changes and respond to employee feedback.
• You will create and deliver training across the various levels of the organization to support to ensure policies and practices are well understood and applied.
• You will lead a global projects to support policy decisions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in related field; Master's degree in HR or Employee/Labor Relations a positive.
• Ideally 3+ years in Employee Relations or related roles directly managing complex employee relations issues or advising stakeholders on employment policies and programs
• Experience auditing business practices with an 'employee experience' mindset
• Experience working within a complex organization to resolve issues
• Experience coaching and advising employees and business leaders on employee matters
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local labor and employment laws
• Collect, analyze worker-related data and make balanced recommendations
• The ability to engage in complex issues while maintaining composure.
• Experience working in the technology, entertainment or interactive entertainment
