You will report to Manager II, FP&A

Business Partnering:
• Provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as P&L, Headcount, R&D, COGS and M&S
• Reviewing forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing the changes to ensure smooth forecasting
• Collaborate with Commercial team on long range, annual and quarterly revenue forecasts by title
• Own and manage the COGS forecasting. Work closely with Finance and Business stakeholders every Estimates
• Provide analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance
• Identify and lead global projects to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
• Partner with finance partners, identify challenges on Revenue loads and suggesting changes – Regular catchups with various finance partners
• Work closely with Finance Partners in order to manage risk and opportunities to maintain financial goals

Financial Close, Forecasting, Reporting and Analysis support:
• Partner with the finance partners to manage close deliverables, timelines, process, and reporting
• Responsible for month end Close reporting for various teams across Commercial FP&A
• Preparation of forecast decks, including commentary for leadership meetings
• Ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership on variety of areas such as P&Ls & R&D
• Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable flexibility in spend and analysis
• Provide daily update on HD Live Services revenue to the Senior Leadership of the organization

Drive FP&A Excellence
• Manage and develop 4 direct reports
• Identify and lead projects to continuously improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting tools and processes
• Provide timely feedback to the team members on performance
• Identify challenges across commercial FP&A teams, streamline and automate processes that will improve accuracy and reduce time
• Ensure the reporting is consistent across commercial FP&A teams
• Eliminate large data sets in Power BI and prepare summarized columns and make the files faster – wherever needed

Qualifications:
• Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required – Finance / Accounting related field preferred.
• 10+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience
• 5+ years of experience in People Management
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing.
• Highly motived with an ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
• Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.
• Extreme attention to detail with a rigorous process for review of accuracy.
• Excellent oral / written communication and interpersonal skills that enable clear and concise communication to all levels of the organization.
• Adept in MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
