Job Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Hyderabad.

You will report to Manager, FP&A Responsibilities:

Forecast, and Reporting –
• Complete Ownership of the function.
• You will ensure accurate completion of reporting deliverables in advance of Quarterly Business Reviews, MBRs.
• You will review the plan and forecast numbers, and then load in the system after consulting with the business leaders.
• Ensure understanding of goals on Opex,report Actuals, comparing them with plan/latest forecast and providing commentary for major variances.
• Can give heads up to the leaders concerning any unforeseen expenses, Risks & Opportunities.
• Have eye to details especially in situations where cost reduction is necessary and make recommendations to the leadership.
• Work directly with global partners and help them with the daily finance ad Hocs.
• Creation of new reports whenever there is a business team request for new report/ info.
• Regular interaction with multiple business and finance partners who are operating from different locations across globe.
• High data accuracy & keenness on number matching.
• Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to enable spend and analysis.

Promote FP&A Excellence
• You will help peers and interns onboard with sound knowledge on systems, business and process flows to equip them to be independent.
• Receive/provide feedback to grow and help grow fellow peers in their roles Streamline and automate processes to improve accuracy and reduce time in EA Studios
• Ensure the reporting is consistent across all Teams.

Qualifications:
• Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required – Finance / Accounting related field.
• 3+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience.
• Demonstrated passion for learning.
• Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
