The Role:

The Manager, Marketing Brand Partnerships for Racing at EA SPORTS will be responsible for creating and executing holistic, multi-channel marketing partnerships across sports, lifestyle and automotive partners and channels for racing titles.

Reporting to the head of Marketing Brand Partnerships for EA SPORTS, you will apply experience in producing multi-channel marketing programmes, to identify and secure brand partnerships that ladder directly to franchise level marketing objectives and drive 1) brand awareness, 2) product exposure/consideration, 3) product acquisition 4) brand engagement and/or 5) commercial benefit.

Responsibilities
• You will align with key partners in Brand Management, Marketing and Product Development to understand business & product goals, creative and marketing strategy and desired outcomes. You apply player, market, sport and product insights toward a Partnership plan.
• You will produce, ready and execute partnership activation plans that tells an engaging narrative and aligns with go-to-market and live service plan, content roadmap, player journey and communications cadence.
• Identify, pitch and secure partners in service of our plans - demonstrating potential impact through size of our network, audience reach, pathway to key demographic and ability to drive fandom.
• Build integrated partnerships with brand licensors and partners, to unlock joint value in near and long term.
• You will partner closely with Business Development to align on terms of agreements, and follow unified deal structures and payments from across the portfolio.
• Use a partnership measurement framework to assess performance, reporting important KPIs and ensuring all efforts are made to ensure campaign targets are achieved.
• Advocate for the EA SPORTS and Electronic Arts brand internally and externally through careful selection and vetting of partners, setting clear expectation frameworks for success; you inspire thoughtful execution and results

Required Qualifications
• You will have demonstrated experience in brand/marketing/partnerships role
• Experience partnering with matrixed, international teams to make insight informed decisions that satisfy prioritised consumer motivations
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under constraints, and develop ideas from conception to execution
• Ability to create and write brief for internal and external partners, and creating RFP's to outside agencies
• Experience evolving consumer engagement and channel opportunities in a business environment
• Experience source and create relationships with external brands and partners
• Familiarity with contract structures and finalising co-promotional and service agreements
• Clear and passionate when crafting tailored stories. Share ideas, listen openly. Recognise and build on ideas of others.
• Keen interest and knowledge of sports, specially racing - motorsports and culture
• Experience in video games or similar sports/entertainment/cultural environments
