The Challenge Ahead

DICE is looking for a Character Artist who is on top of character art and an experienced game developer. Making sure our characters look the best while working in the context of our games.

Working with games is fun, challenging and it's constantly evolving. So, we need you to have fun, to challenge and evolve with the game we are making, pushing the bar of what's possible. While the result is important, we think it is as important to focus on how we work. We expect you to collaborate with the character team to ensure that our workflow and pipeline is on par with the art we create. We want you to have knowledge within the current character pipeline and have some experience or interest in 3D scanning for character artists.

Artistically, you need to be curious and know what risk is worth taking. Have a good balance between the smallest details that makes all the difference while keeping an eye on the big picture and purpose.
