Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for an Executive Sourcer with both functional breadth and depth to join our in-house Executive Search team. This role can be remote or, within one of our studios.

The Executive Sourcer will support the Executive Recruiters in building relationship with top industry talent globally to fill senior level leadership positions within Electronic Arts (EA). You will partner with the Executive Recruiter to build search strategies, use industry relationships, source talent using diverse resourcing techniques to fulfill company needs. You will ensure white glove service to all candidates from networking conversations to information gathering all the way through to onboarding, representing the best of our brand. The Executive Sourcer will focus on and fill leadership positions and occasionally use outside partnerships to attract the best talent.

What you will do:

Be the primary sourcing partner on VP+ level searches across EA, partnering with the Executive Recruiter team and our most senior executives

Identify top talent through advanced research techniques, membership based pipelines and relationship-based recruiting strategies

Contact prospective candidates and knowledgeable industry sources to develop a diverse pool of prospects who will promote EA's core values and beliefs

Participate in executive communities within the competitive landscape

Use competencies and behavioral interviewing techniques to gather information on prospects and present the best talent to the Executive Recruiter for consideration

Educate and influence within the broader HR function and hiring leaders on market intelligence and the competitive landscape

Who you are:

10+ years of in-house or executive search firm sourcing experience

5+ years of full-cycle sourcing experience, with involvement in the hiring process from initial intake meeting w/ Recruiter and Hiring Manager to onsite interview and offer

Experience with advanced DE&I sourcing practices

Demonstrated success using several sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social networking tools and sites, personal networking, and event participation

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field preferred
