The EA SPORTS & RACING Central Operations team supports the ongoing growth and transformation of the division, with employee communications being a key strategic pillar – aiming to build connections across the group, enable continuous learning, and drive a stronger understanding of the organization's mission, vision, goals and strategies.

THE ROLE

The Central Operations team is seeking a Manager, Employee Communications, Racing to drive internal communication efforts for the incredible teams behind the Formula 1, Project Cars, WRC, GRID Legends, and Need for Speed franchises. You will report to the Senior Communications Manager, EA SPORTS & RACING, partnering closely with Racing leadership, as well as colleagues from across Electronic Arts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft internal communication strategies that help inform, inspire, and connect employees.
• Develop regular content for various internal communication channels.
• Provide executive communications support, partnering closely with Racing leadership.
• Lead and coordinate the programming and messaging for employee events.
• Contribute to, and support the execution of, the EA SPORTS & RACING internal communications plan.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of communications experience – preferably specializing in employee communications within a large, global organization
• BA or equivalent in Writing, Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability to work independently to plan and prioritize work in line with business needs
• Experience with change management communications
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels of an organization
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe Suite, and in managing web platforms
• Passion for gaming, tech, racing, and/or entertainment is ideal
