Within EADP, the Platform exists to support game developers by offering a smooth and self-service integration and operating experience, covering everything from discovery and onboarding, integration and ongoing operation of our services.

As Director of Product Management for the Platform, you will be based in North America and report into the VP of Product Management. You will manage a small team, lead innovation and influence EADP's product teams and EA's game development teams to develop experiences that enhance developer productivity on our platform.

Responsibilities
• Define a compelling platform strategy to advance the developer experience on our Platform. To do this, you must understand diverse customer needs and internal product/service provider requirements and balance both from a platform owner's perspective.
• Represent the platform owner's perspective to influence EADP's product teams to make products easy to use by creating better interoperability, driving deprecation methodology, and other platform best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to shape the technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring the creation of scalable platform capabilities and fundamentals.
• Set clear objectives to align team members across the organization, fostering unity towards shared goals.
• Use metrics and user feedback to guide ongoing innovation and refinement of Platform offerings.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product management/program management/ software development OR equivalent experience.
• Experience building products that involve large-scale platforms or ecosystems. At least 2+ years working with developer-facing products (e.g., developer tools, consoles, SDKs) in a product role.
• Experience leading a product management team with responsibility for product strategy
• Demonstrated results delivering large-scale enterprise solutions/services, including roadmap development, product launches, and driving innovation.
• Platform mindset, with an understanding of microservices architecture, REST and gRPC APIs, cloud technologies and developer platforms.
• Technical acumen to lead design and architecture discussions with engineering teams focusing on end-to-end scenarios.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $185,300 - $278,800 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $172,100 - $278,800 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $217,900 - $278,800 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $180,100 - $237,200 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $172,100 - $271,200 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $160,200 - $229,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. For British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity. '
