We're the Talent Mobility team, a part of the People Services team. At Electronic Arts, we believe Talent Mobility is a strategic lever in achieving our goal of attracting the best, brightest and most diverse talent. We do this by providing mobility expertise to allow intentional deployment of diverse talent, and through remote work options.

What You Will Do

The Director of Global Mobility will develop the EA global Mobility Strategy and ensure execution of global Mobility programs, including relocation, visa, immigration, and international assignments. You will lead our team of expert Global Mobility consultants around the world to ensure we are providing the best relocation and international assignment experience for EA's people. You will also need to have a deep connection with EA's talent strategy and for ensuring mobility is a strategic lever in achieving our talent goals. You will report to the head of TA Programs, Ops, & Mobility organization. This position can be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on your location and preferences.

Main Responsibilities:
• You will design and implement EA Global Mobility Strategy to align with the broader organizational Talent Strategy
• You will ensure the execution of the Mobility Strategy through planning, partnerships, and influencing, as well as leadership of the Mobility team
• You will lead, grow, and develop the Global Mobility team to high performance while building a team culture that lives EA's core values of Pioneering, Creativity, Passion, Determination, Learning, and Teamwork
• You will have a deep understanding of tax
• You will improve the design of the program to ensure policies reflect a modern and industry-leading approach, using your global industry networks to stay up to date with mobility trends, benchmarks and best practices
• You will ensure the continued success of EA's Flexible Work program and policies
• You will collaborate with internal and external payroll, legal and tax teams to ensure compliance with changing regulatory requirements
• You will work with internal and external partners to improve mobility programs and simplify processes
• You will ensure our vendor partners are delivering great service to our mobile workforce
• You will drive concise and clear communications with program participants and partners, so mobility information is easy to understand

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:
• You will have 10+ years of experience in Talent Mobility, with deep subject matter expertise across relocation, immigration and tax
• You will have 5+ years of global people management experience, managing performance of team members through feedback and coaching, and holding them accountable for results
• You will be analytical and have a solutions-focused mindset
• You are a hands-on strategic leader with the ability to influence across a variety of partners (finance/legal/tax/payroll)
• You will demonstrate multicultural skills and a global mindset. Would be helpful to have also lived and worked abroad and have first-hand experience with relocation
• You will bring strong working knowledge of tax as it related to mobility global programs
• You will have excellent process design, project management, change management, and consulting skills
• S. level degree in related field, or a combination of education and experience
• GRP, GMS, GMS-T and CPA certifications are considered a bonus but not required

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the range and benefits for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $162,300 - $252,600 USD Annually
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $134,250 - $202,100 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to temporary full-time employees scheduled to work full time. In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
