Director, Franchise Operations

The Battlefield Franchise Operations team exists to service the needs of the

franchise and its business goals by operational problem solving, unifying

franchise wide processes, and facilitating the communication and

collaborative needs of the franchise, its development teams and the EA and

external partner teams that we engage with to maximize operational

command, rigor, and clarity.

As the Franchise Director of Resource Management (RMO) you will report

to the VP of Development Operations and will be expected to work closely

with our studio resource management and development teams in Los

Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Stockholm and Gothenburg.

What you'll do:
• Ensure organizational initiatives and projects are successfully

communicated to employees and stakeholders.
• Evolve and maintain staff forecasting process, tools and pipelines to

ensure accurate and timely forecasting submissions by:

– Establishing a process for the complete lifecycle of an employee

(from identified need to hire, etc.) with identified bottlenecks and

approvals.

– Establish Service Level Agreements (SLA) for engaging with

Franchise RMO and for replying to associated asks.

– Determine and define cadence and schedule for submissions

– Define, establish and maintain appropriate reporting tools and

dashboards for Franchise reporting (time to hire, role distribution

across location, studio distribution of talent by role and craft,

attrition reporting, etc.)

– Administrate and manage centralized staffing tool (i.e. Airtable)
• Establish process and templates for requesting, reporting and tracking

internal secondments/loans/allocations from other divisions, central

teams or business units within EA.
• Support Franchise finance team with appropriate inputs to support their

franchise reporting needs.
• Work with Franchise VP of Operations and Franchise GM to support

long-range, 5-year franchise, product and staff planning.
• Work with Franchise VP of Operations to assess cost and risk mitigation

strategies relative to franchise hiring and growth.
• Be the primary point of contact for EA Talent Acquisition by managing

and running standing meetings, organizing priority hires and ensuring

clarity between all hiring stakeholders.
• Partner with other teams such as People Experience, Legal, and HRIT

team as an Operational People Expert to influence and ensure an

excellent experience for employees, managers & leaders.
• Identify measurable success metrics and business trends for your

assigned areas, and communicate them to the right audience.
