But that's because you've caught us at the best time - the very beginning - how exciting is that? The opportunity to bring an amazing brand back to life doesn't come around too often… so that's why we're here and hopefully why you're still reading this job description ...

The Design Director / Design Lead is responsible for the strategic and hands-on development of visual brand identities, design systems, and digital / print channel executions in support of the Electronic Arts hero brand.

• Help lead and direct our external design agencies, keeping both small and large-scale projects on track.
• Partner with Product Design Team (UI/UX) to build an authentic, consistent experience across all touchpoints.
• Ability to present work and build alignment around design direction and execution with senior stakeholders.
• Work in a hands-on environment that requires flexibility, imagination, a can-do attitude, a sense of fun, and the desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to interpret creative feedback and data into iterative design. A multi-revision process is often part of our work.
• Understand the importance of aligning the overall brand strategy into every design execution.

• Excellent hands-on design, typography, and layout skills.
