Location: North America, (Preference: Austin, TX; Orlando, FL; Seattle, WA; Atlanta, GA; Vancouver, BC; or open to Remote)

In collaboration with PE partners, DEI team and other BU leaders, you will establish relationships and serve as a trusted advisor showcasing internal data along with external benchmarks and best practices to lead DEI at Electronic Arts.

You will participate in benchmark surveys and forums and use market research to promote best practices and identify opportunities to grow our competitive advantage as a DEI specialist.

You will establish benchmarks for strategy and programs based on industry standards through the completion of DEI External Surveys. You can identify patterns in data and translate insights to inform our DEI strategy and programs

You will monitor important progress indicators for our team to create strategies.

You will be a necessary trusted advisor to our CDO and DEI LT.

About The Role
• You will be a part of the Operations team, reporting into the Director of Strategy and Operations
• 3+ years consulting on decisions and helping client groups
• Proficient in collecting and analyzing internal and external DEI data to tell a story through insights
• Partner to design or assess a strategic planning process with an analytical lens
• Use market research to establish benchmarks and incorporate best practices to move the needle for DEI at EA; including DEI Surveys and Awards
• Manage, query, and analyze data sets with tools like SQL, R, Python, Glint, Visier
• Create clear reports with data visualizations each quarter to role out to the PE Partner Team and the BU Leadership Team
• Develop DEI reporting, leverage latest trends and technologies to improve
• Build relationships with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and partners

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $95,450 - $141,800 • New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo): º $89,200 - $141,800 • Jersey City, NJ: º $105,250 - $141,800 • Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs): º $89,200 - $118,550 • Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane): º $89,200 - $130,750Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
