In collaboration with People Experience, Inclusion Champions, and other teams, you will guide an enterprise approach for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse talent pipeline while promoting a culture of belonging. You will also support ERG programs in close partnership with the business and DEI leadership.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, DEI Partnerships, you will ensure the delivery of our DEI portfolio on time, within scope & budget in partnership with the business.
About The Role
• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive DEI Employee Resource Group (ERG) programs, ensuring agreement on organizational goals. Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure delivery of program goals.
• Manage and provide guidance to employee resource groups, promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment. Support ERGs in developing and executing programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the ERG community, including senior executives, board members, PE, ERG leaders, and employees.
• Ensure alignment and support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation of DEI programs. Identify potential barriers, develop strategies to overcome resistance, and engage partners in the change process.
• Identify challenges and obstacles to achieving DEI goals, and develop creative solutions. Address complex DEI issues and drive improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and partners to develop a strategic DEI plan. Identify goals, set measurable targets, and establish a roadmap to guide our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
• Analyze, and interpret data related to DEI initiatives to measure progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate important findings and recommendations to partners.
• Operationalize support for the daily ERG initiatives and programming.
• Collaborate with matrixed teams to create an inclusive workplace culture.
• Communicate our DEI vision, our ERG Strategy Cascade and Boards goals, and progress to partners at all levels.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, community sessions, and communications to raise awareness and promote understanding of DEI initiatives.

About You
• 3+ years of progressive success managing a small portfolio or ERG related program experience; Serve as subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge, and taking a balanced and systemic approach to allow the organization to integrate for success through tactical/operational execution
• Experience leading programs from brainstorming, pilot and experimentation to execution and evaluation establishing program requirements, using data to determine creative change management strategies
• Relationship-management experience with the ability to engage across several levels of leaders while navigating difficult topics
• Partner with business leaders providing programs' management support
• Experience working with matrix teams, and conflict resolution
• Manage project schedules and targets
• Create presentations, produce reports, and present on matters, discuss opportunities for improvement, and make operational recommendations
• Cultivate positive working relationships with matrix team members and partners
• DEI &/or Human Resources Business Partner experience required
• Minimum experience: Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or relevant fields)
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $78,500 - $119,650 USD Annually
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $73,150 - $119,650 USD Annually
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $84,750 - $119,650 USD Annually
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $73,150 - $97,500 USD Annually
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $73,150 - $105,250 USD Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
