The Global Communications team, which is part of the integrated marketing department, plays a visible and crucial role. We're looking for our new Creator Relations Lead dedicated to the Apex Legends franchise.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Communications, you will collaborate with teams around the business. You will ensure that our creator campaign strategies are working with global content Creators. You will leverage industry expertise, creator platform knowledge, relevant trends, and creator insights to execute organic and paid campaigns and innovate on our program within Respawn.
You will act as a critical partner of the Brand Marketing Regional Leads and a contributor to the global integrated marketing plans including evergreen creator programming and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
• Paid and Organic Campaigns
• Develop and execute seasonal campaign briefs.
• Maintain evergreen creator incentive programs
• Monthly Creator Video
• Creator program incentives (Drops, coins, creator codes)
• Bespoke creator events and long-term initiatives (Creator Tournament Series etc.)
• Oversee the management of campaign initiatives from planning to execution.
Task & Project Oversight
• Utilize project tracking tools (Asana, Airtable) to manage tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Provide oversight for global creator initiatives to maintain alignment with brand team objectives.
• Manage and plan the Creator budget in partnership with Brand Marketing Regional Leads & International Comms Leads.
• Alignment with the community and the social team with creator-casted initiatives or processes in RACI
Agency Management
• Coordinate with the agency of record on creator program execution and bespoke creator engagements.
• Ensure agency partners are aligned on objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Project oversight for agency-owned operations (Capture event, Early Live Streams
• Ensure all Electronic Arts standards, policies, and processes are observed and followed.
• Coordinate and share with other EA Community Managers your engagement best practices, standards, and innovations, highlighting your personal successes and learnings
Qualifications
• Experience with and scope of knowledge of video and livestream platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Twitter, Twitch, YouTube and other new creator-focused platforms.
• Experience with interpreting customer/community feedback to make relevant recommendations.
• Experience managing difficult interactions with community moderation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
* British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$111,600 - $152,800 CAD
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
