Job Description
The Player and Quality Insights (PQI) program started in 2020. It aims to build a cohesive and unified framework for planning and implementing player feedback activities, reporting insights back to game teams, and tracking overall game quality.

This program is being built across multiple teams with unique and complementary expertise and perspectives – User Experience Research, Quality Verification, Community Playtesting, and the Signature Player Experience. Our joint north star is to prioritize the player experience!

As B, you will assess and help improve PQI systems and processes to inform increased efficiencies for both our team members and our external players. You will report to the Business Operations Manager of PQI with options for on-site, remote or hybrid work.

Responsibilities
• You will engage with team members across PQI to understand business needs, evaluate current processes and identify areas for efficiencies.
• Organize and lead information gathering sessions to capture workflow processes, user stories, data, pain points and feedback from internal and external sources.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate process analysis recommendations.
• Help implement new processes or process changes, including training and communication to team members and process users.
• Track all recommendations, actions taken and measurable results
• Work with our partners including: development teams, business development & marketing, finance, QD, Legal, vendors and players.
• Manage partners' expectations, timelines and risks throughout a project life cycle.

Qualifications
• 2 or more years of experience as a Process Analyst or Continuous Improvement Specialist, with skills in creating detailed process flow diagrams and conducting efficiency and value chain analyses.
• Proficient in process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Experience with business analysis tools and software, such as MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar for process diagramming and modelling in BPMN.
• Experience working with team members from a diverse set of backgrounds across multiple time zones.
• A history of presenting to a wide audience, especially the management levels and above.

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
• British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $73,200 - $101,700 CAN Annually

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
