Brand Activation Manager

The new brand team for Electronic Arts is only a year into building our brand, so all of this is very new. That means we're still making it up as we go along. The Brand Activation Manager will report directly to the EA Brand Activation Lead. You will oversee the annual calendar of marketing activity for EA, help build go-to-market campaigns for the Electronic Arts brand and activate them across all channels. You will work with our global team, including marketing strategy, social, community, marcom creative, legal and production. You will also work with groups from outside of marketing to activate campaigns for DEI, Employee Resource Groups, Recruiting, Commercial Sales and other departments. You will work with the Activation Lead to meet our marketing goals and OKRs, and contribute with regular reporting on all of our brand marketing efforts.

• You'll manage a wide variety of concurrent marketing projects
• Plan, organize and orchestrate multichannel campaigns
• Help coordinate and contribute to an annual marketing calendar
• Coordinate working groups and track goals for EA brand marketing
• Provide clear, simplified briefs to internal clients and creative agencies
• Manage measurement and reporting for campaigns

Qualifications:
• 4+ years of brand activation or marketing experience, in gaming a plus
• Proven experience in brand and marketing
• Ability to manage brand campaigns, from inside communications to external brand activations
• Knowledge of omni-channel brand marketing practices
• Experience working in or with brand communications and brand social
• Experience working with creative teams and external agencies
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics and how to report marketing performance
• Great collaborator with high emotional intelligence
• Outcome and output oriented
• Willing to get hands dirty
• A strong appreciation for and understanding of gaming culture
• A natural collaborator - you'll enjoy making connections with lots of different people and teams to make things happen
