Athlete Relations Manager (12-month contract)

Please note that this is a 12-month contract role.

FIFA Ambassador Marketing Support
• Identify and build relationships with male and female ambassadors in priority markets
• Instill data-led approach to identify potential new ambassador opportunities
• Understand EA SPORTS business goals and support holistic strategies for how and when to engage with football talent.
• Identify cross-sport integration opportunities in benefit of long-term ambassador relationships and EA SPORTS marketing goals.

Relationship Management
• Drive talent communication & outreach for local marketing opportunities
• Manage end-to-end talent logistics.
• Work with regional campaign and production teams to create and fulfil contractual rights
• Partner with team leads to develop 360 ambassador relationships
• Develop resources to educate teams of best ways to engage with local ambassadors for marketing services

Achieving Goals
• Apply process to identifying any risks and opportunities before establishing long-term relationships with ambassadors
• Lead tracking and reporting of KPI´s for FIFA ambassador activations and marketing campaigns.
• Create successful marketing campaigns with talent integrations that ladder into broader goals

Deliverables
• Local talent marketing plans and deals for FIFA ambassadors.
• Measurement strategies and retro-analysis reports
• Executional briefs for ambassador engagements
• Social media plans for ambassadors to support the broader marketing campaigns.

• Great relationship skills and experience in engaging with high profile talent and their representation.
• An eye towards the future of sport
• Entrenched in football culture, lifestyle and trends.
• Multiple year of experience in marketing and relationship building
• Strong global football knowledge
• Exceptional relationship building and management skills with all partners
• Ability to manage multiple high profile projects simultaneously
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive in fast paced environments
• Ability for international travel
