Associate Producer - FIFA Gameplay

Our FIFA Gameplay team is looking for a dynamic Producer to join an established and diverse team working on some of the most essential systems that power the FIFA gameplay experience. Innovation, passion, and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities:
• Create the vision and drive feature development for several gameplay areas (ex. Passing, Dribbling)
• Be the spokesperson for your team, write clear design documentation, communicate current goals and progress within and outside your immediate remit
• Receive and provide relevant, constructive design feedback to other designers and producers
• Understand users' needs and ensure the gameplay elements developed by the team will contribute to player satisfaction, enjoyment and experience
• You will use our proprietary tools to prototype gameplay mechanics and identify opportunities for improvements.
• You will work with cross discipline teams to implement game systems and gameplay mechanics.
• You will report to the production leader of our area.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Producer or Designer working in the video game industry and creating top quality games
• Gameplay production experience
• An avid FIFA player, with a deep product knowledge and passion to work on one of the biggest game franchises in the world. (Please indicate this when you apply).
