Job Title
Analyst - Finance

Job Summary:
The incumbent shall be responsible to maintain accurate financial data, and perform monthly reconciliations of receivables, payables, and balance sheets for clients with the highest quality output.

Primary responsibilities:
 Ensure monthly closure of books
 Monitor and ensure accurate month-end journal entries and general book-keeping
 Perform analysis around ledgers and ratios to provide relevant interpretations and advice to clients
 Perform reconciliations of account receivables and payables with client systems
 Perform balance sheet reconciliation of each account on monthly basis as per SLAs and timelines
 Perform ledger analysis, budget forecasting and relevant activities as per SLAs and timelines
 Respond to audit requests, prepare white papers and present information to US stakeholders
 Assist in financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
 Prepare and present financial data and reports to management and US stakeholders
 Perform external client and vendor reviews and raise relevant escalations wherever required

Required Skills

 CA Inter (Fresher) or Finance Graduate/PG with 0-2 years relevant experience
 Strong knowledge of accounting and accounting standards
 Knowledge of US GAAP
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Good organization skills
