Director - Delivery Engineering - India Product & Technology

Job Summary
As the Director of the Delivery team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and technical leadership to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives across Infrastructure and QA teams. You will work closely with stakeholders, including Engineering, Product Management, and Operations, to drive alignment and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Delivery Team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement best practices for continuous integration, delivery, and automated testing in collaboration with the QA team.
• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development.
• Drive technical initiatives related to infrastructure automation and quality assurance, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions using Kubernetes (K8S) for container orchestration and Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Utilize Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline and enhance the efficiency of infrastructure deployment and management.
• Champion best practices in QA automation, including the ability to work with any automation frameworks
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, identify risks, and mitigate potential issues throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption where appropriate.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the Delivery Team and with other

stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project status and objectives.
• Drive a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement within the Delivery Team.

Required Skills: Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in technical leadership and delivery management.
• Extensive experience in infrastructure automation, with proficiency in Kubernetes (K8S) and Terraform.
• Strong technical background in quality assurance, with expertise in automation frameworks
• Experience in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex technical initiatives to successful completion.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions.

Good to Have:
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Agile) are a plus.
