Talent Acquisition Specialist - APAC

12 Month Contract

Deluxe is a global leader in the media & entertainment space, localising, mastering and distributing content for OTT platforms and into Cinemas. With so much exciting new content being produced in all different territories and the appetite to consume those stories globally, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our APAC leadership team and drive the expansion of our team in existing and new territories across APAC. Main Duties:

This role is instrumental in supporting the Global Deluxe team, focusing on APAC-based candidates. Deluxe is truly a global team, we are supportive, move fast, communicative, problem-solving and future-focused. You need to be a team player, yet autonomous, tenacious and creative in sourcing the right candidates in a mix of roles from entry level to management. Use your arsenal of recruitment and sourcing tools to get results - the right people joining Deluxe.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide end to end recruitment support from brief through to contract generation
• Liaise with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience
• Post ads, screen candidates, coordinate interviews
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices
• Utilize social media tools for recruitment
• Onboard new team members

Experience, Qualifications & Key Competencies:
• APAC Recruitment and sourcing experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and lots of initiative
• Outstanding communication skills - written and oral
• Excellent Microsoft skills and experience using Workday advantageous
• Degree qualified highly regarded
