Position Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for managing the execution and delivery of APAC media orders across multiple platforms. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can coordinate across departments, resolve issues quickly, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The Production Coordinator will oversee operational workflows, escalate blockers, and maintain real-time communication with internal teams to meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Media Order Management
• Monitor and manage all APAC media orders and assignments to ensure on-time delivery of all customer orders.
• Collaborate with Client Services to align order scheduling with operational capacity.
• Track order progress using internal systems and trackers, escalating issues as needed.
• Prioritize orders based on urgency and client deadlines, adjusting workflows accordingly.
• Ensure accurate estimation, communication, and execution of completion times.
• Record work assignments, status, and disposition accurately in operations systems.
Throughput Improvement & Reporting
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance throughput.
• Update and communicate workflow-specific protocols to all relevant stakeholders.
• Support capacity planning and forecasting efforts to optimize scheduling.
• Assist in generating and distributing accurate reports related to order workability and delivery metrics.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in media operations, production coordination, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in media asset management systems and order tracking tools.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, as needed.
• Experience working in a client-facing or cross-functional team environment is a plus.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with digital media workflows and post-production processes.
• Experience in a global media or entertainment company.
• Korean and English language proficiency (if applicable to location/team).
