Deluxe is a global leader in the media & entertainment space. We localise content and distribute to Cinema and Platform Clients. We have an exciting opportunity for HR Business Partner, due to ongoing growth in the APAC business.

Based in Macquarie Park, this role will enjoy the benefits of being hybrid - connection with the team in the office and flexibility of working from home.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources, you will have the opportunity to hone your HR generalist skills as well as expand your talent acquisition experience. Deluxe is undergoing significant growth and this role is critical to successfully hire and expand the business. Deluxe moves fast and we are looking for an individual who can support this pace and continue to develop and enhance the culture and experience of our APAC employees.

Primary Responsibilities:
• There will be an initial focus on recruitment - advertising positions, preparing job descriptions, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, onboarding
• Assist with development of job descriptions
• Set up positions in Workday
• Engagement activities
• Liaise with US team in relation to global people activities
• Prepare employment, promotion, probation letters
• Handle onboarding of new employees
• Develop new policies and procedures as required
• Conduct training sessions ie lunch and learn as required
• Have fun
• Develop initiatives for our People!

What you bring
• Demonstrable recruitment success sourcing and successfully placing candidates
• Ability to work in a high paced environment
• Initiative and problem solving skills to improve employee experience
• Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and lots of initiative
• Outstanding communication skills - written and oral
• Excellent Microsoft skills and experience using Workday advantageous
