Job Description
JobFulfilment Operator
Deluxe Australia is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Fulfilment Operator to provide quality control reviews for our Cinema clients, locally and internationally.
There will be requirement for the successful candidate to be able to work a 24/5 roster.
Key responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring high quality services are released on behalf of clients, as well as provide QC service
• Ensuring that packages mastered playback correctly, in sync and to client requirements
• Actively monitor project risks to foresee problems and proactively identify solutions to rectify
• Perform video editing for review, transcoding and packaging as determined by client requirements
• Operate cinema standard equipment.
• Creating Dubbed and Subtitled DCPs for theatrical exhibition throughout the APAC region
• Document and design production workflows
• Perform all QC requirements including video and audio
• Establish and monitor automation workflows
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill-set:
• Previous experience in a media operations environment or similar role
• A strong understanding of DCP formats preferred but not needed.
• Solid technical understanding of the television and film distribution industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of major media software and hardware such as Adobe CC, Clipster & Transkoder
• Demonstrated ability to develop new procedures and processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills
• Understanding of video codecs, formats, frame rates etc.
• Strong understanding of Mac, Linux and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of basic command line operations
