Location: Central London
office (hybrid working)

The Role

We are looking for a Distribution Assistant to join the fast - paced team at Deluxe's client, a global cinema distributor. This distributor works with some of the world's most renowned high-profile talent and content owners. Responsibilities include:
• Maintaining a range of accurate documents including distribution lists, creating these documents with data from the MACCS cinema booking system
• Upkeeping and maintaining budgets, ensuring all distribution costs fall within set release budgets logging and preparing supplier invoices for payment
• Producing cinema briefs to include distribution information for live and recorded content deliveries
• Creating and maintaining distribution email lists for projects, and sending out key communications
• Where required covering for Distribution Managers when they are on annual leave
• Assisting with the classification process globally
• Occasional support across event evenings and/or weekends, potentially on location.
• When required completing department expenses
• Keeping internal departmental dashboards up to date with project information
• Generally undertaking any other duties, which may be reasonably requested
of you by the Company for the effective functioning of its distribution businesses.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate will have strong passion for cinema and/or live events production, along with:
• Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Google suite.
• Knowledge of live cinema events or digital cinema distribution is a plus but not required.
• And most importantly, a positive approach and a can-do attitude!
