Sales Assistant

Job Description

Duties include but not limited too:
* Heavy Phone Contact servicing Agency/Accounts for Sales Executives
* Assist AE's in preparing sales orders and monitoring accounts
* Daily contact with Traffic Department, work directly with advertising agency buyers on makegoods as well as billing
* Assist the New Business Team with new client research
* If interested, will have learning exposure to video production, marketing or sales to help learn and grow
* Input orders & revisions into Wide Orbit, contract verifications, general correspondence and all office procedures
* Good people skills a must
* Entry level position
* Office experience preferred
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint as you will assisting in creating sales decks
* Ability to prioritize and juggle several projects without losing quality
* Punctuality, proactive, good decision making and excellent follow-through skills are necessary
