Overview:

CBS Sports Network is searching for a motivated team member to join Operations as a Traffic Coordinator. This role is responsible for working closely with Traffic Management on the inputting of daily log schedules and formats for a 24 hour network.

Responsibilities:
• Input daily log schedules and formats for a 24 hour network
• Input all incoming instructions from advertising agencies for daily spots and keep commercial inventory
• Interact with multiple clients and teams; Advertising agencies, Advertising sales, Production, On-air Promotions and Broadcast Operations
• Perform live coverage and other duties as assigned
• Must be available during nights and weekends

Required Skills / Experience:
• Sales or Operations experience
• Experience with Broadway, IBMS or other Traffic systems
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple assignments within strict deadlines
• Superior communication and organization skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Precise proofreading and attention to detail
• Strong multi-tasking skills

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience required.
