HR-Coordinator (m/f/d)

The CAA German office in Munich is looking for an HR Coordinator (m/f/d) with a focus on recruiting.

THE ROLE
• Support with the employee lifecycle from recruiting and retention to offboarding
• Responsible for ''Early Careers'' Recruiting : You are in charge for the job posting, shortlisting and first of interviews and the hiring process for all interns. You work in close collaboration with the departments
• Organisation of career events for our internship program
• A dministrative HR work
• Support of the HR-Manager in day-to-day tasks
• Responsible for a smooth onboarding process
• Absence management
• Support of employees in all matters
• Support with preparational payroll

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• A successfully completed degree in business administration, human resource management, social sciences, psychology
or commercial training.
• First professional experience s in Human Resources
• Inde pendent and structured way of working
• You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and have experience in planning and executing events.
• Experiences with H CM-systems (for example Workday or Personio )
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent in German and English ( minimum C1)
