About the role

We are looking for an Associate Technical Producer, that is first and foremost passionate about bringing a project to completion and has a strong interest in the technical side of Video Game development.

You will be involved in managing teams, developing and monitoring schedules, and coordinating the ongoing progress of assignments. You will be working daily with the Producer, team leaders and management to ensure our objectives are completed.

Responsibilities
• Participate in project planning and development;
• Do daily production follow-up;
• Work with employees and team leaders to find solutions to problems;
• Participate in writing the project plan, documents, and progress reports;
• Coordinate and attend production meetings;
• Supervise the project and ensure goals are met;
• Support and assist team leaders in their daily management functions.

Requirements
• Full proficient in French and proficiency in spoken and written English to be able to interact with internal and external partners around the world, present projects or documents and use our shared technology and tools;
• Minimum of 2 years experience in project management and/or team management in the video game industry and proven experience with technical projects;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a diverse group of individuals;
• Resourcefulness, curiosity and ability to take initiative;
• Ability to work with structure with outstanding attention to detail;
• Comfortable evolving in a dynamic environment and good stress and priority management skills;
• Passionate about video games.

Extra Points
• Degree in project, production or operations management;
• Has participated and delivered at least one project in the video game industry on a major console or PC;
• Experience with live game services (LiveOps).
