Music Merch Manager (12 month FTC), Amazon Music Merch, UK

Artist Merchandise (i.e band tees, hoodies etc) is a strategic priority for Amazon Music and central to our fandom strategy. We are just getting started in this exciting line of business in European region, providing ample room to innovate, test, learn, scale and make history.
Please note this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract position
Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will pitch and onboard new artists/ merch partners on Amazon with the goal to grow selection, revenue and Amazon Music fanbase. You will work closely with Amazon Music Industry teams (Label Relations, Artists Relations) and physical music teams to identify and secure strategic artist partnerships. You will manage the onboarded artists / partners for sustained growth on Amazon through account management including selection creation, catalog quality, traffic drivers, and performance monitoring.
In addition, you will drive experimentation that connects music streaming with commerce. You will build an understanding of fan journeys and develop & implement a list of ideas that drive Amazon Music subscriptions and merch revenues.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, digital products or entertainment industries
- Experience in project or program management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or experience in account management, project/program management, or buying
- Experience in entertainment, brand or production entity
