As a Voice Designer, you play a key role in creating the voices and dialogues for our new IP. From organising motion capture sessions and studio recordings to directing voice and dialogue integration, your work is aligned with the creative vision of the project. Your creativity and passion for video games translate into seamless voice integration that enhances player immersion.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop a voice integration pipeline that aligns with the project vision and coordinates with other departments (scriptwriters, animators, localisation, etc.) along with related features.
- Organise mocap and studio recording, automatic dialogue replacement, voice content, temporary robotic voices, etc.
- Work with scriptwriters and the audio director to contribute to the casting and selection of actors for the game.
- Manage voice/dialogue integration into the game.
- Define and create speech processing for special effects.
- Participate in voice recording sessions by providing input to the voice director to ensure intonation, intent and projection are in line with the script.
- Plan voice/dialogue production and supervise these elements throughout the production process.
- Plan and supervise localisation production.
Ensure that voice/dialogue mixing meets reference standards.
- Work with the QA team to create voice/dialogue test plans.
- Debug and ensure the quality of the final product.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in video game sound/dialogue.
- Advanced knowledge of game voice design technologies and tools.
- Proven experience in voice design for games or similar multimedia projects.
- Strong understanding of project management and coordination with various departments.
- Ability to creatively contribute to casting decisions.
- Familiarity with mocap and studio recording processes.
- Experience in voice processing for special effects.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, in - French and English; due to the nature of the role that requires interaction with other Amazon entities globally and with Amazon employees and stakeholders in other provinces in Canada, bilingual - French and English is required for this position.

- Previous game development experience.
- Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in voice design.
- Passion for games and a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest developments in the field.
