Your Mission
The Global Analytics Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the entire Global Analytics team from an operational standpoint. Tasks included submitting and tracking invoices and payments, working with the legal team for SOW validation and supporting the analytics teams on project scheduling & deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Support requests and contracts for Global Analytics teams.
• Engage daily with analysts, managers, vendors, and leadership to report progress, drive productivity, and escalate issues.
• Submit, track, and close invoices and payments.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable and Purchasing on invoice/PO inquiries.
• Collaborate with legal, privacy, and sourcing on SOW/MSA validation during CRF process.
• Act as a liaison between vendors and the business during the CRF process.
• Assist analytics teams with project scheduling and deliverables.
• Ensure delivery, review, and approval of analytic, business, and technical requirements.
• Drive collaboration across group activities.
• Support onboarding (equipment, NENF, app access) with Service Desk and HR.
• Help resolve technical issues with Service Desk and IT.
• Build cross-department relationships to support project delivery.
• Facilitate and coordinate meetings as needed.
Player Profile
• Bachelor's degree; PMP a plus.
• 2+ years in project management/coordination.
• Familiar with Agile, Kanban, SCRUM, Waterfall, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proactive, self-starter, and quick learner.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong influence and networking abilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Quick to learn company culture and context.
• Embodies values: selflessness, respect, courage, impact, and positivity.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce a plus.

In the US, the standard base pay range for this role is $24.04 - $44.47 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all US locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
