Your Mission

As the Director, of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), you'll lead our International Center of Excellence (COE) to build localized strategies that allow us to achieve our DEI goals within specific countries across EMEA, APAC and North America. You'll partner with leaders and executives across the company to implement a ground-breaking strategy and vision. This position reports to the VP of EMEA HR, leads a central team of experts and program managers. Your role will include, but is not limited to, the following accountabilities
• Develop and launch the International COE to enable regional and country specific activations that enable the achievement of the company's DEI goals.
• Define and implement roles and responsibilities of the EMEA and APAC regional leads in alignment with the go forward strategy and objectives.
• Own the EMEA and APAC annual planning process for DEI and work with People Officers, Executives and Leaders to establish and confirm clear and measurable outcomes that cascade into individual and team accountabilities.
• Track and measure progress, as well as build rich analytical models correlating key drivers and predicting outcomes.
• Evolve our employee network groups to become a strategic driver and catalyst for change.
• Align with regional HR business partner teams to translate global programs into local action and change.
• Collaborate with HR business partners, total rewards, and the talent center of expertise to ensure applicable DEI strategies are incorporated into all programs and activities in the talent lifecycle
• Partner with the Communications team to build and implement ongoing partner management and communication plans to engage team members effectively and share the right messages at the right time

• Extensive experience successfully building and leading a modern enterprise level global DEI strategy and translating it into impactful initiatives and outcomes (preferably in entertainment, technology or gaming industry).
• Proven success developing and implementing DEI strategies across multiple regions and/or countries
• Proven success in using data/insights to develop and evolve DEI strategies and programs
• Track record of exceeding diversity, equity, and inclusion related commitments, goals and objectives at a global organization with exceptional ability to make inclusive and commercial decisions
• Ability to influence and drive action at all levels of the organization
• Ability to collaborate across business units with diplomacy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure initiatives are aligned
• Strong communication skills - able to tell stories, deliver compelling messages, and clearly articulate a vision
• Exemplary program and project management skills with ability to supervise and deliver across multiple tasks and deadlines
• BA or BSc from an accredited institution required
