Job Description
A24 is seeking a Coordinator to support the Post Production team. This person will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar Post Production role or relative internship, and be proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Toast Titanium, Microsoft Office, and Aspera. This position is based out of our New York offices.
Initial Responsibilities
Assist with Post and Technical Delivery tasks as needed:
• Schedule, set and manage calendar zoom meeting invitations
• Pull clean clips for marketing use, trailers, TV spots and social assets
• Add fade ins and outs to TV clips and export to broadcast quality
• Pull high resolution stills from ProRes files for print vendors
• Compress EPK footage, handle transcriptions of EPK's and trailers, distribute links as needed
• Log, watermark, compress and send feature files to marketing and home entertainment vendors
• Download, ingest and back up physical delivery assets (feature, sound and bonus content)
• Coordinate shipping of assets as well as scheduling messengers and tracking deliveries
• Send PO's and assist with account coding as needed
• Update and send out release schedule every week
• Manage internal post-production crew database
• Assist with content management and anti-piracy requests
• Coordinate DCP requests
• Upload and send out assets on Media Shuttle
• Order captions, subtitles and other localization files for features and other video assets
Archive Management
• Assist with incoming and outgoing inventory at Bonded Services in LA for active titles and library titles
• Update inventories as assets get moved between facilities
• Back up all feature A/V assets to EVO internal archive system
• Migrate all A/V assets from local drives to EVO server screeners /screenings
• Order and log DVDs and Blu-Rays for publicity and exhibition
• Assist in sending out screener links to marketing vendors, Lionsgate internal
• Manage inventory of commercial DVD/Blu-Rays in house
• Upload feature files and artwork to Indee
• Book screening rooms for internal use as needed
• Vet online screening platforms and keep track of online festival delivery Awards
• Oversee DVD and Blu-Ray mastering and QC for guilds and critics groups
• Edit clips and Q&A videos as needed
• Deliver feature files for virtual screenings and awards platforms as needed
Qualifications
• 1+ years in post-production environment, or relevant internship experience
• Strong attention to detail and follow through skills
• Humble, diligent, and resourceful
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Toast Titanium, Microsoft Office, and Aspera
