About the Role:

The Creative Operations Senior Manager leads plays a critical role in managing creative process and resourcing to ensure the department is functioning efficiently and effectively. The role's focus being resourcing, scope development, and process management across all projects for the NYC Creative team, and by having an intimate understanding of all agency disciplines and functions, you will implement existing process and identify opportunities to improve it while managing expectations and building stellar relationships with agency teams.

Working in partnership with Creative Leadership and Operations, you will lead creative resourcing for the NYC based Creative team, including the development and management of estimates, timelines and utilization. You will also intimately manage high priority projects, demonstrating a leadership role from conception through completion. You will directly manage the Creative Coordinator, ensuring success in their day-to-day workload and providing growth opportunities within the agency. You will report into the VP of Creative Operations, working across the wider Creative Department in various offices where appropriate.

Core Responsibilities:
• Project Manage high priority projects, demonstrating a leadership role from conception through completion spanning cross discipline teams
• Develop scopes of work in partnership with account management leads that support long-term relationships, proactively engaging account leads on organic growth expectations and potential resourcing needs
• Audit project team utilization on a weekly basis to monitor workload, ensure accuracy while providing ad hoc solutions and applying learnings to future resourcing needs
• Perform both forward-looking and postmortem analysis on staffing allocations and consistently make recommendations on how to optimize creative resourcing and process
• Manage communications and build bridges across teams within the 160ovefr90 and larger Endeavor network, demonstrating a strong knowledge of the different facets of the Endeavor ecosystem
• Promote and enforce agency processes, creating workflow optimization across projects and cross discipline operations
• Set schedules and work plans that adhere to agency best practices; modify processes if appropriate and necessary in order to meet delivery requirements
• Interface with departments across the agency and/or third-party vendors
• Manage direct reports with their success and growth as a core focus

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$71,250 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$95,000 annually
