Job Summary
Hulu is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Ad Operations to join the Hulu Marketing team. As a part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns end-to-end, trafficking tags, distributing audiences, implementing pixels and maintaining proper reporting/measurement across paid and owned campaigns. This role supports numerous high profile campaigns and requires extraordinary technical and organizational skills. Primary Responsibilities
• Document all incoming and outgoing campaigns, audiences, and pixel requests
• Implement end-to-end campaign tracking, tagging, and trafficking to ensure proper measurement of key media performance indicators
• Manage Hulu's tag library and pixel implementation
• Enhance Hulu's attribution models to optimize cross-channel measurement across digital, CTV, and linear marketing efforts
• Work with internal and external partners to build and distribute first-party data and target niche audiences
• Troubleshoot and work with ad hoc support teams to resolve implementation issues
• Ensure all marketing solutions comply with data privacy laws
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Ad Operations
• Knowledge of marketing platforms such as Tealium, Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, Kochava, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, LiveRamp
• Experience working across Google tech stack (CM360, DCM, DV360)
• Experience working in DSPs such as TTD or Adelphic
• Experience working in social platforms such as Meta, Snap, TikTok, YouTube
• Experience with JS, HTML
• Strong understanding of GDPR, CCPA and their impact on media buying
• An understanding of acquisition strategy, media metrics and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses
• Experience working with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Looker)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment
• Flexibility, proactiveness and collaborative team player mentality
Preferred Qualifications
• Entertainment industry experience
• Media agency experience

Required Education
• BA or BS degree or equivalent professional experience
The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $78,200 to $104,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
