The Role and What You'll Do:

160over90 is seeking an Account Manager that will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the day-to-day management of our Client's activation programs in the Payment Services category. This will include its US Sports partnerships portfolio with a core focus on the NFL. Position is located in New York City and will report to the Sr. Account Manager based in NYC and Client based in San Francisco.
• Day-to-day management of client's NFL Team partnership rights including asset management and activations
• Manage various annual activation funds and individual event budgets
• Active participant in the day-to-day client planning for key NFL calendar events including NFL Draft and Super Bowl
• Provide Property expertise, guidance, and insight across NFL and other US Sports landscape
• Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to multiple client contacts along with appropriate agencies, property partners, stakeholders, vendors and any other relevant parties involved
• Direct the implementation of materials to support various individual sponsorship initiatives. This will include, but not be limited to managing Property integration, approval of creative elements, preparing marketing activation presentations and materials to be distributed to the client
• Assist in the integration of client's product technology for NFL programs and events
• Manage the client-vendor relationships to coordinate necessary activation while leveraging deliverables on behalf of client
• Work in conjunction with external properties and internal 160over90 divisions as necessary to develop and implement programs on behalf of business units in connection to client's sponsorship platforms
• Work across multiple client business units to help achieve sponsorship marketing objectives
• Provide oversight and management of activation success metrics, internal tracking documents, weekly updates and annual recap
• Manage the on-going internal and external process of opening budgets, CRM tracking and providing payments to vendors

You Have These:
• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 4-6 years of property, agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience in the sports and entertainment industries (specific disciplines could include partnership activation, client services, sponsorship/event marketing)
• NFL League/Team or other sports property experience is highly preferred
• Prior experience in managing the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy and activation on behalf of client or company
• Prior experience managing day-to-day relationships with client, agency(s) and vendors
• Experience with on-site event marketing operations and logistics
• Ability to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
• Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
• Account management experience working with payment companies, finance or retail banking a plus
• Ability to travel 15% of the time

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.

Hiring Range Minimum:
$67,500 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:
$90,000 annually
